which commences in December 2001 and the provisions of all
applicable legislation. The Privacy Policy may be amended

bases. Reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal information
from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure

from our systems.
Can I have access to the personal information GWAIL holds
about me?
You may request access to personal information held. There
may be a fee charged.
All requests for information will be handled as quickly as
possible within thirty (30) days of receiving your request.
Access to our products and services
We understand you may have concerns about the security of
personal information collected about you from email inquiries.
Some sites use cookies. However, any email addresses provided
by you to the site will not be used to track your browsing
habits.

We will only use your email address if you send us a message.
Your email address will only be used for the purpose for which
you have provided it, and will not be added to our mailing

GWAIL is not always required to provide you with access. We

where the information may relate to existing or anticipated

Government agencies use such numbers as tax file numbers (TFN)
